INTRODUCTION
It is important to carefully read these Website Terms of Sale ("Terms of Sale") before ordering Products through our website ("Product(s)"). Together with our privacy policy and our Terms and Conditions of Use, these Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship with this website and the purchase of Products through it.
To accept these Terms of Sale, please select the "I Accept" box in the Order Confirmation section before placing an order ("Order"). If you do not accept these Terms of Sale, you will not be able to place orders for Products through the LolliG website.
These Conditions of Sale do not affect the rights recognized under the applicable mandatory provisions of law and in particular pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2006 (“Consumer Code”) and Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 (“Electronic Commerce Code”).

These Conditions of Sale, for which Lolli G, Lorenza Guerzoni is responsible, apply to any purchase made via the websites www.lolligmilano.com .

DELIVERY TERMS
All orders paid for by 2:00 PM on a business day will be delivered within 48-72 hours and delivered on business days only (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Shipping times for Calabria, Basilicata, Sicily, Sardinia, and smaller islands, or remote areas may increase by 48 hours. The actual delivery date may vary depending on the location. Shipping will not be possible for orders with addresses located in the Tremiti Islands or other remote areas.
If you choose in-store pickup, shipping is expected within 24/72 hours depending on your location.
During the Christmas holidays (December 15th to January 8th) and the two central weeks of August, order processing times may be subject to delays that will be specified in advance on the website homepage and during the online purchase process.
Shipping will be free for all orders starting from €60 , for smaller orders it will cost €6.99 throughout Italy.
FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
Online orders must be placed in the following ways:
- When you decide to make a purchase, you must click "Add to shopping bag" to add the product to your cart. The order will be completed from the cart by clicking the "Proceed to checkout" button. By default, the system allows you to purchase products without prior registration, identifying you as a "Guest." In this case, you can purchase a product without registering; you must provide the information necessary to manage the order and issue the purchase receipt. The difference between this user and a registered user is that the registered user can access their customer area, "my lolli," where they can find order information, order status, purchase history, sales receipt, etc.
- It is recommended that you register your personal information to access the reserved area. Registration requires a password, which you must keep confidential and not disclose to third parties. Lolli G ensures a secure password recovery procedure for future purchases if you forget it, and the password will be stored securely (encrypted) in its systems. You will then be asked to enter your email address. The order confirmation and all subsequent documents will be sent to the registered address. You can, however, specify a different delivery address when finalizing your order; if the delivery address and the sales document address do not match, Lolli G ensures that no cost information (sales documents) will be included in the package. The sales document, if sent by email, will always be sent to the email address provided during registration/ordering.
- For already registered users, access to the account is by entering the registration data.
- The order details all costs that will be charged, including those for products, accessories, any shipping costs, and applicable taxes. To complete your order, you must fully accept the Terms and Conditions. You will then be asked to confirm the address for issuing the sales and shipping documents, as well as your payment details.
- Finally, once you have collected all the necessary information, you will be asked to verify its accuracy. If you find any errors, you can modify the Order and correct the errors before submitting it to Lolli G. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the Order before submitting it. - Payment authorization is obtained during order registration. Without authorization from the user's bank, the order cannot be accepted and the process will be concluded.
- Lolli G will send an initial email confirming receipt of your Order, containing a summary of the terms and conditions applicable to the contract, information regarding the Product's main features, as well as detailed information regarding the price, payment and return methods, shipping costs, and any applicable taxes. This email will be automatically sent to the user's registered email address.
- Lolli G will send a second email when the package is ready for shipment, awaiting collection by the express courier. The email will include both the sales document and the information needed to check the delivery status (Tracking).
- Lolli G reserves the right not to ship any orders or not to sell items in the event of price discrepancies between the website and stores due to system bugs.
- If Lolli G cannot accept your online order for any reason (price incorrectly listed on the website, price incorrectly calculated on the online order, incorrect functioning of the online promotional discount calculation rule/mechanism, unavailability of the item, etc.), a Lolli G representative will contact you within 7 business days of your order. Once the customer has been informed, Lolli G will credit any amount already charged to the customer.
By placing an Order, the user makes an offer to purchase the Product(s) at the price indicated therein, subject to acceptance by Lolli G. Prices are checked regularly; however, if Lolli G detects price changes or errors in the price indication, it will contact the user to request confirmation of the intention to proceed with the purchase at the actual price. If the user confirms the purchase order, Lolli G will not be obliged to deliver the Product until the second Order confirmation email is sent. If the user discovers that they have made an error while placing the Order, they are asked to contact Lolli G immediately. Please report this before Lolli G sends the second Order confirmation email. Lolli G is unable to correct Orders after this time, but the user is in any case guaranteed the right of withdrawal as indicated below.
PAYMENT
The prices listed on the Lolli G.com website include VAT, where applicable. Shipping costs apply to Orders under a certain amount, as specified below. All payments must be made at the time of ordering the Product(s), by credit card. Lolli G only accepts payments made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Carta Si, using PayPal (credit card); these services also include a PayPal account. Payment can also be made in three installments using KLARNA at no additional cost. If, for any reason, Lolli G is unable to accept an Order, it may, at its discretion, not proceed with the charge or refund the price already paid for the Order within the legal timeframe. Lolli G will not ship the Product(s) until full payment has been received. Prices are subject to change at any time, but such changes will not affect Orders already confirmed using the methods described above. For payments made by credit card, cardholders may be subject to authentication and authorization requests. If the credit card issuer or our service provider refuses or, for any reason, does not authorize or validate the payment, in such circumstances, Lolli G will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery of the Products ordered. Your personal data will be processed by Lolli G in accordance with the privacy policy.
DELIVERY
If the courier is not at your home or at the delivery location indicated on the order, you reserve the right to attempt to redeliver the order the following day free of charge. If delivery is unsuccessful due to the customer's absence, Lolli G will arrange for the order to be returned to its logistics center. Please also note that for deliveries to apartment buildings, the doorman is considered the designated delivery person.
Article 63 of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, states in paragraph I that: "In contracts that place the obligation on the professional to arrange for the shipment of the goods, the risk of loss or damage to the goods, for reasons not attributable to the seller, is transferred to the consumer only when the latter, or a third party designated by the consumer and other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods." The consumer becomes responsible for the fate of the goods only upon their delivery. The only case in which this rule does not apply is when the carrier is chosen by the consumer and not proposed by the professional: in this case, the transfer of risk occurs upon delivery of the goods to the carrier by the seller and, therefore, if the goods are damaged or perish during transport, the loss will be completely absorbed by the consumer, with the obvious exception of the right of recourse against the shipper/carrier.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
You are required to examine the Products upon receipt for any defects or damage, which must be reported to Lolli G by emailing hello@lolligmilano.com within 24 (twenty-four) hours. Lolli G can accept returns or exchanges of Products only if they are breakages or defects. If you find that a Product was damaged before delivery or defective (not due to your use), you may request an alternative return procedure, Product replacement, Product repair, or Product return with a corresponding refund request. Lolli G will replace/repair/refund the total or partial price paid, including any shipping costs, provided that the Product has not been worn, used, or damaged. For any complaints, please send a written notification to Lolli G, Via Rita Tonoli 5, 20145, Milan.
In any case, the clauses of these Conditions of Sale do not imply any limitation of the rights guaranteed by law.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer, you have the right to return any item purchased on lolligmilano.com, for any reason, within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund. Shipping costs are excluded from the refund. We request that all items be returned in their original Lolli G packaging and in the condition in which they were received. The purchase receipt must be included in the return package. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit. If you choose to withdraw, you will be required to return the Products at your own expense and risk, unless Lolli G chooses to waive shipping costs. In any case, the customer remains responsible for delivering the product to the courier until the return is collected by Lolli G staff. In this case, we invite you to ensure that the Products are adequately insured during return. The items must be in perfect condition and with their packaging intact. To return items in-store, you will need to show the sales staff the "online order item delivery" document you received when you collected the products.
Returns for online purchases, if delivered to a store, include an exchange but not a refund. The sales staff will verify the contents of the order and the product you wish to return, then send it back to the store for technical inspection. You will then provide your statement: "The return is defective or you didn't like it."
In the event that payment for the Products is made by prepaid card, refunds will be made by crediting the payment to the card that was originally charged.
All refunds will be made as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days:
- from the email from Lolli G confirming the cancellation of your Order (in the event that the Products have not been delivered to the indicated address within 30 days following the Order);
- from receipt by Lolli G of the returned Products.
How can I return or exchange a product ordered on the site?
Return of online purchase with home delivery
To return an order placed on the site, follow these simple instructions:
1. Send an email to hello@lolligmilano.com indicating the order number you received by email and included in the package (essential for managing the return) and the reason for the return. If possible, also include your phone number and a preferred time slot.
2. Order a courier pickup for your package.
3. If possible, use the original packaging, including the jewelry and the packaging.
4. Send the package to the address “ Lolli G, Via Rita Tonoli 5, 20145 Milan. ”
Remember, you have 10 working days to request a return from Lolli G.
Online purchase returns
Items must be in perfect condition and with labels intact.
For online purchases delivered to a store, the return and exchange of your item with an identical or equivalent item is possible. The sales staff will verify the contents of the order and the product you wish to return and send it back to the store for the appropriate technical checks, informing you of your return decision: the item was returned due to a defect or was not as expected.
REFUND INFORMATION
When are returns accepted?
Your return will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the goods at our central warehouse. If you returned the item in-store, the process will be processed upon receipt of the goods at our logistics center and no later than 10 days after delivery to the store. In some cases, you will be contacted for any additional information needed.
AFTER SALES
What do I need to know about product warranties?
Jewelry and watches are covered by a TWO-MONTH warranty from the date of shipment for manufacturing defects. The warranty is provided by the product's purchase receipt.
Warranty conditions:
1. The warranty is void in the event of improper use or tampering with the item
2. The warranty on purchased items is valid for two months and is valid nationally and internationally.
3. Warranty repair is a free service, if the cause is accidental
4. Warranty repair times vary depending on the case. They can take between 60 and 70 working days.
Our experts reserve the right to analyze the item to verify whether the product has manufacturing defects or has been accidentally damaged (analysis times can start up to 30 days)
What is not covered under the warranty?
The following are strictly excluded from the warranty: discoloration of the plating or color of the jewelry (especially due to the use of perfumes or detergents) as a result of wear and tear and aging of the jewelry. Warranty repairs must be carried out by Lolli G. Any technical tampering performed outside of Lolli G will void the warranty.
Finally, the Warranty does not cover damage or breakage caused by accidental impacts, in which case the Warranty will not be valid. This is especially true in the case of missing case parts such as the crown or pushers.
Is warranty repair free?
The warranty repair will be free of charge once Lolli G determines that the product defect is due to accidental causes.
I purchased a product on the site and need to send it in for assistance. What can I do?
For online purchases, you must contact Lolli G customer service exclusively. Remember that it is essential to attach the purchase document to the product, as it constitutes its warranty.
My warranty has expired, can I get assistance?
Lolli G will send you a cost estimate based on your request.
Repair Activities
For items still under warranty and within the appropriate terms and conditions, the repair will be paid for by Lolli G.
In the event that the defect is found to be non-accidental, after prior evaluation of the item by Lolli G, the repair will be carried out after acceptance of the estimate.

Some Products may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen imperfections or photographic techniques. Other Products may be shown larger than actual size to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size to show the entire Product.

The contract and all communications between you and Lolli G will be in Italian.
The formation, existence, interpretation, execution, validity and all aspects relating to these Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute with consumers arising from or related to these Terms of Sale or use of the Site shall be settled by the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located within the Italian territory. In any other case, including if the user is not a consumer pursuant to applicable law, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
In the event that any provision of these Conditions of Sale is deemed null or void, it will be deemed non-existent and the remaining part of these Conditions of Sale will remain valid and effective.
Any delay or failure by Lolli G to exercise any right, faculty or remedy under these Conditions of Sale shall not constitute a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right, faculty or remedy prevent the future or different exercise thereof.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 1, letter V of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), the customer can avail of the Joint Conciliation procedure.
The Procedure can be initiated if the consumer, after having submitted a complaint to the company within 45 days, has not received a response or has received a response that he or she does not consider satisfactory.
Pursuant to Article 14 of Regulation 524/2013, users are informed that in the event of a dispute, they may submit a complaint through the European Union's ODR platform, accessible at the following link . The ODR platform provides a gateway for users wishing to resolve disputes arising from online sales or service contracts out of court.
