Shipping, Returns and Warranty

SHIPPING:

Shipping will be free for all orders starting from €60 , for smaller orders it will cost €6.99 throughout Italy.

All orders for which payment is completed by 2pm on a working day will be delivered within the next 48/72 hours and delivered on working days only (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

For "handmade" or "custom" products, it may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping times for Calabria, Basilicata, Sicily, Sardinia, and smaller islands, or remote areas may increase by 48 hours. Actual delivery times may vary depending on location.

During the Christmas holidays ( from December 15th to January 8th ), in the two central weeks of August and during public holiday periods during the year, order processing times may be subject to delays .

RETURNS:

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

If you are a consumer, you have the right to return any item purchased on lolligmilano.com, for any reason, within 14 days of the delivery date and receive a full refund ( excluding return shipping ) or to exchange it for another item of equal or greater value than the one purchased.

  1. You can send an explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw to our customer service (see the form below), requesting the withdrawal form and then following the instructions in the withdrawal confirmation email to complete the procedure.

  2. At the end of the procedure, a confirmation email will be sent containing the return form to be included in the envelope.

  3. Place the completed return form in the envelope together with the product(s) to be returned.

RETURNS NOT ALLOWED

  2. Personalized items or items made to order by the customer

SHIPPING COSTS IN CASE OF RETURN

  1. In the case of a Return for Withdrawal , the shipping costs for returning the products are borne by the end customer.
  2. In case of return for an incorrect, damaged or defective product , the shipping costs will be at our expense.

We request that all items be returned in their original Lolli G packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Items must be in perfect condition and with their packaging intact.

REIMBURSEMENT

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card or PayPal) or Scalapay, unless the customer requests otherwise; in this case, any additional costs arising from the different payment method chosen will be borne by the customer. Refunds may be suspended until the goods are received.

WARRANTY:

The jewels are covered by a TWO MONTH Warranty valid from the date of shipment of the product for manufacturing defects.

The following are strictly excluded from the warranty : discoloration of the plating or color of the jewelry (especially due to the use of perfumes or detergents) as a result of wear and tear and aging of the jewelry. Warranty repairs must be carried out by Lolli G. Any technical tampering performed outside of Lolli G will result in the termination of the Warranty.
Finally, damage or breakages caused by accidental impacts are excluded from the Warranty, in the presence of which the Warranty will not be effective.
